The song is a remix of the 'Aaila Re Aaila' number from Khatta Meetha (2010), which was also picturized on Akshay Kumar.
Sooryavanshi song ‘Aila Re Aillaa’: Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn, Ranveer Singh shake a leg together

It’s not surprising to see the season of remixes continuing in mainstream Hindi cinema. But it does get surprising when a film uses the remix of a song released just 11 years ago. ‘Aila Re Aillaa’ from Sooryavanshi is based on the song from Khatta Meetha (2010).
It may be just a coincidence that the 2010 song was also picturized on Akshay Kumar, along with Kainaat Arora, who had a one-song appearance in the film.
‘Aila Re Aillaa’ sees Akshay Kumar, who is later joined by Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh, and plenty of background dancers dressed in police uniform carrying out crazy steps. First, although Akshay Kumar is in the get-up of his character from the film, the dance steps make him appear out of character. It is also weird to see a large bunch of 'cops' carrying out such antics.
Like the original song, this one is also sung by Daler Mehndi and he is equal to the task again. Tanishk Bagchi’s ‘reworked’ music seems to try too hard to make the song an explosive number.
It’s good to see the characters of Sooryavanshi (Akshay Kumar), Singham (Devgn) and Simmba (Ranveer Singh) together. Of these, Ranveer is the one who gets it right the most.
Directed by Rohit Shetty and also starring Katrina Kaif, Sooryavanshi is set to be released in theatres on 5 November. Watch the song below and let us know if you would be keen to watch the film.
