Suriya's 2D Entertainment has announced that its upcoming film Jai Bhim will be released during the Diwali season, on 2 November, on Amazon Prime Video. The Tamil movie will also be streamed in the Telugu language.

The poster that was shared by the banner provides the first glimpse of Rajisha Vijayan's pregnant character who stares back from the foreground, with another young girl by her side. The actress was last seen alongside Dhanush in Karnan (2021).
Directed by TS Gnanavel, the film is a legal drama based on the life of tribals Senggeni and Rajakannu. When her husband, Rajakannu, goes missing, Senggeni turns to a lawyer, Chandru, who digs deeper into the matter.
Jai Bhim features Prakash Raaj, Rao Ramesh and Lijo Mol Jose, among others. The film is one of four major home productions from 2D Entertainment that are scheduled to be released on Amazon Prime.
Co-produced by Rajsekar Karpoorasundaran, the film features music by Sean Roldan.
