Priyanka Chopra Jonas reveals look of her character from The Matrix Resurrections, see poster

A new poster of the upcoming Hollywood film The Matrix Resurrections (2021) reveals Priyanka Chopra Jonas’s look from the sci-fi thriller.

The actress joins returning cast members Keanu Reeves, Carrie-Anne Moss and Jada Pinkett Smith for the upcoming sci-fi thriller directed by Lana Wachowski. She is one of many new characters to inhabit the Matrix world in this latest instalment including Yahya Abdul-Mateen II who plays Morpheus as well as Jessica Henwick, Jonathan Groff, Neil Patrick Harris and Christina Ricci.

Chopra Jonas shared her character’s poster with minimal explanation, stating ‘She’s here’. Her character’s costume is predominantly red and blue — like the pills featured in the film’s universe.

Reeves and Moss's posters have strong green hues while other character posters feature the colours yellow, purple, blue and red.

In India, Warner Bros Pictures will be re-releasing the original film The Matrix (1999) on 3 December, before The Matrix Resurrections is released in cinemas on 22 December.

Not much is known about the new feature except that it takes place 20 years after the events of The Matrix Revolutions (2003).
