Pandu song 'Kelewali': Bhau Kadam tries to match Sonalee Kulkarni in this jolly dance number

Bhau Kadam, known for his comic roles, is now trying to match dance steps with Sonalee Kulkarni in the song 'Kelewali' from his forthcoming film Pandu (2021).

There is nothing extraordinary in the song, composed by Avadhoot Gupte, in terms of visuals, but Kadam adds some fun elements with his trademark comical expressions.

The choreography has been kept simple and the focus is mostly on Kadam's antics as he tries his best to match steps with Kulkarni.

Gupte's tune reminds you of Marathi songs from the 1970s and 1980s. He has mostly used the dholki and harmonium in the arrangement.

While technically the song is a duet, Sampada Mane does most of the singing here. She brings the right rural or small-town accent that was needed for this number.

Gupte himself adds the right amount of spunk as needed.with his skilful singing.

Directed by Viju Mane, Pandu also stars Kushal Badrike and Prajakta Mali and will be released in theatres on 3 December.
