Gippy Grewal announces Warning 2 release date, launch of Sheran Di Kaum Punjabi

Punjabi actor-singer-producer Gippy Grewal has been announcing and releasing films at breakneck speed. On Diwali, he released Paani Ch Madhaani (2021), starring himself and Neeru Bajwa. He followed it up with the action film Warning (2021).

Written and produced by Grewal, Warning, starring Grewal, Prince Kanwal Jit Singh, Dheeraj Kumar and Mahabir Bhullar, has been doing good business since its release last week.

The story of Pamma (Prince Kanwal Jit Singh) and Geja (Grewal) got Grewal fans super excited and the actor shared news of the release of Warning 2 on Instagram. The film is set to be released on 22 July 2022.

The poster for the movie alludes to more violence and bloodshed in the tussle for power between the protagonists.

Warning ended with the introduction of Geja and the story of Pamma and Geja will be taken further in the second part. Dheeraj Kumar plays gangster Shinda, who is out to avenge his father’s murder.

Grewal also announced another film, Sheran Di Kaum Punjabi, sharing a poster on Twitter. The film, to be written, produced and also directed by Grewal, is set for release on Baisakhi, 14 April 2023.

The poster for the film features Grewal in military armour on a battlefield, which makes it seem like the film will look at a historical battle, featuring Grewal as a warrior.
