Amazon Prime Video to begin streaming Inside Edge 3 from 3 December

The third season of Amazon Prime Video India’s first original series Inside Edge will arrive on the streaming platform on 3 December with a stellar cast.
The makers revealed the release date with a poster which indicates that this time the stakes will be higher and the game will be more personal.

The previous season of the web-series had a cliffhanger ending, leaving fans wondering what the next season would bring.
Created by Karan Anshuman and directed by Kanishk Varma, the third season will see Vivek Oberoi, Richa Chadha, Tanuj Virwani, Aamir Bashir, Sayani Gupta, Sapna Pabbi, Akshay Oberoi, Sidhant Gupta and Amit Sial reprise their roles.
However, actors Angad Bedi and Siddhant Chaturvedi, who played two of the main characters. Arvind Vashishth and Prashant Kanaujia. respectively, are not part of the upcoming season.
The show revolves around a fictional T20 cricket team, Mumbai Mavericks, whose owners operate a league-wide match-fixing racket. The second season ended with the Mavericks being debarred for two years after being caught making payments to fix matches.
The show's producer, Ritesh Sidhwani of Excel Entertainment, revealed that the overwhelming response Inside Edge had received from viewers and critics alike encouraged them to come up with yet another season. “Inside Edge is and will always be very special to us given that it is Excel’s first original with Amazon while also being Amazon’s first original in India," Sidhwani said. "We are thrilled to chronicle the next gripping phase of the journey of Mumbai Mavericks, which will ultimately decide the fate of the team that has battled many odds."
Speaking of the upcoming season, Aparna Purohit, head of India originals at Amazon Prime Video, said, "This season, the fans are in for a treat as the plot intensifies and will keep them on the edge of their seats. Replete with multiple twists and turns, the new season of Inside Edge has in store a lot more drama and mystery that will unravel through a riveting story and impress fans and audiences alike in India and beyond.”
