The makers of the Sunil Grover-led crime comedy show Sunflower have unveiled the release date of the show along with the first look of Grover's character. The Vikas Bahl-created show will be premiered on Zee5 from 11 June. The show was supposed to be out last month but its release was postponed for unknown reasons.

The poster features Grover in a quirky avatar. There is are also police lights hovering over his head. The poster doesn't make it clear if Grover is part of law enforcement or a victim of crime.
Apart from Grover, the series stars Ranvir Shorey, Shonali Nagrani, Girish Kulkarni, Sonal Jha, Radha Bhatt, Ashish Vidyarthi, Saloni Khanna and Mukul Chadda.
According to the makers, the show is the story of a middle-class housing society in Mumbai called Sunflower. Bahl has also written the project. Besides him, Rahul Sengupta serves as the show’s director. Sunflower has been produced by Reliance Entertainment and Good Co.
