Coronavirus update: Jr NTR tests positive for COVID-19, tells fans not to worry 

Jr NTR on Monday revealed that he has tested positive for the coronavirus. The actor informed fans that he and his family have gone into self-isolation and requested them not to worry about him. 

Taking to Twitter to share the news, he wrote, “I’ve tested positive for Covid19. Plz don’t worry, I’m doing absolutely fine. My family & I have isolated ourselves & we’re following all protocols under the supervision of doctors. I request those who’ve come into contact with me over the last few days to pl get tested. Stay safe (sic).”

Meanwhile, Jr NTR is awaiting the release of SS Rajamouli’s upcoming Telugu film Roudram Ranam Rudhiram, a fictional story set in the 1920s that is based on the lives of two revolutionaries, Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem.

The project marks Ram Charan and Jr NTR's maiden collaboration and also stars Ajay Devgn, Alia Bhatt, Shriya Saran and Samuthirakani.
