Roohi song 'Nadiyon Paar': Sensuous Janhvi Kapoor shows off her dancing skills in this remix of 'Let The Music Play'

The new song from Roohi, starring Janhavi Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao, is the remix of the superhit 'Let The Music Play' by the Italian group Shamur. The new version, by Sachin-Jigar, sees Kapoor take centre stage as she shows off her dancing skills. Of the trio, the song only features the actress and she doesn't let you take your eyes off her with impressive moves and expressions.

For a change, the music video allows the choreographer and Kapoor to show off their skills and the result is impressive. The camera remains static for the most part and captures the movement of the dancers, which is refreshing to see nowadays when the dance numbers are all about flashy lighting, super-fast cuts, unnecessary zooms and zigzag camera movements.

Sachin and Jigar have retained the spirit of the original song and added their own twist to it without messing too much with the basic composition. Additional lyrics by IP Singh and Jigar have been incorporated smoothly into the tune. 

Sung by Shamur, Rashmeet Kaur, IP Singh and Sachin-Jigar, the remix does complete justice to the original track. 

Helmed by Hardik Mehta, Roohi is set to be released in cinemas on 11 March.
