Manoj Bajpayee, Dhanush, Vijay Sethupathi, Kangana Ranaut win big at National Awards

The Malayalam historical war epic Marakkar: Arabikadalinte Simham was named Best Feature Film.

The 67th National Awards were announced via a press conference at the National Media Centre in New Delhi on Monday.

The Malayalam film Marakkar: Arabikadalinte Simham (2021) directed by Priyadarshan bagged the National Award for Best Feature Film Award while Manoj Bajpayee and Dhanush shared the Best Actor Award for the films Bhonsle (2020) and Asuran (2019) respectively. Kangana Ranaut was named Best Actress for her performance in the films Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi (2019) and Panga (2020) while Vijay Sethupathi was named Best Supporting Actor for Super Deluxe (2019). Pallavi Joshi was named Best Supporting Actress for The Tashkent Files (2019).

N Chandra, who led the jury, announced the feature films category.
