Evelyn Sharma has revealed that she married her fiancé, Dr Tushaan Bhindi, on 15 May in Brisbane, Australia. The actress and her husband, a dental surgeon, had a country-style wedding, which was attended by a few family and friends. The couple got engaged in 2019.
Sharma, who made her Hindi film debut with From Sydney With Love (2012), told Bombay Times, a supplement of the daily newspaper Times Of India, “There’s no better feeling than being married to your best friend. We’re so excited about spending our life together.”
The actress informed her fans about the wedding, sharing photographs of herself and Bhindi at the reception.

In the photos, Sharma is seen in a lacy vintage wedding gown, while Bhindi chose a blue suit for the ceremony. Unfortunately, Sharma’s mother was unable to be there in person for the couple’s big day due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the strict flight laws in Australia.
“We hope we will be able to host a big wedding reception, where all our family and friends will celebrate our love with us,” Sharma and Bhindi told Bombay Times. “For now, we are grateful for their good wishes and blessings as we pray for a better time ahead for our homeland India.”
Sharma was last seen in the Prabhas-starrer Saaho (2019).
