The Mumbai police has booked actor Tiger Shroff and actress Disha Patani for allegedly violating COVID-19 norms by roaming around at the Bandstand area in Bandra, Mumbai. A first information report (FIR) has been filed in the matter at the Bandra police station.

“In the ongoing ‘War’ against the virus, going ‘Malang’ on the streets of Bandra cost dearly two actors who have been booked under sections 188, 34 IPC by Bandra Police Station. We request all Mumbaikars to avoid unnecessary ‘Heropanti’ which can compromise on safety against COVID-19,” said the tweet.
A police officer told the news portal Firstpost.com, “A police team spotted Shroff roaming in the Bandstand area in the evening. When questioned, he couldn't give a satisfactory reply to why he was roaming outside.
