Netflix’s love affair with the anthology isn’t dying any time soon. After Ajeeb Daastaans (2021), the over-the-top (OTT) platform has announced that another anthology, Feels Like Ishq, will be streamed from 23 July.
Titled She Loves Me, The Interview, Star Host, Save The Date, Quaranteen Crush and Ishq Mastana, the six segments in the anthology have been directed, respectively, by Ruchir Arun, Tahira Kashyap Khurrana, Anand Tiwari, Danish Aslam, Jaydeep Sarkar and Sachin Kundalkar. The makers have launched posters for all six films.
The anthology stars a galaxy of artistes like Radhika Madan, Amol Parashar, Kajol Chug, Mihir Ahuja, Simran Jehani, Rohit Saraf, Saba Azad, Sanjeeta Bhattacharya, Zayn Khan, Neeraj Madha, Tanya Maniktala and Skand Thakur.
Feels Like Ishq has been produced under the banners of Mutant Films and Awesomeness TV. The former was founded by Seher Aly Latif, who died recently of kidney failure, and Shivani Saran. Awesomeness TV is a subsidiary of ViacomCBS.
The series will see prominent Marathi filmmaker Sachin Kundalkar returning to Hindi for the first time after his Hindi debut film Aiyyaa (2012).
