Actress Shefali Shah’s directorial debut, Someday, will be screened at the Indian Film Festival Stuttgart 2021.
Sharing her excitement about the film’s selection, she shared the news on Instagram, saying, “We are so so excited to showcase Someday at Indian Film Festival Stuttgart. Can't begin to thank my team enough for believing in me, supporting me and giving all their love, heart and passion to our film!”
The film is a mother-daughter story where the daughter, Vidhi, is a frontline worker, who comes home to quarantine herself for seven days after 15 days of work. Her mother, who is at home, suffers from Alzheimer’s.
The Indian Film Festival Stuttgart is scheduled to take place from 21- 25 July and will be held online due to the ongoing pandemic.
