Pavan Kirpalani's horror-comedy Bhoot Police now has a release date. The film, which stars Saif Ali Khan, Arjun Kapoor, Jacqueline Fernandez and Yami Gautam, will be premiered on Disney+ Hotstar on 17 September.
The film was originally set to be released in cinema halls on 10 September but given the uncertainty surrounding the re-opening of theatres across the country, the makers opted for the safer option of a digital release.
On Friday Disney+Hostar shared a new poster announcing the release date.

In the poster, Khan and Gautam seem to be holding some kind of weapons to ward off ghosts while Fernandez is busy pouting into her mobile camera and Kapoor is holding a book in one hand and casting a spell.
Yesterday, the makers had shared the first look of the main characters.
The film has been shot in Dalhousie and Dharamshala in Himachal Pradesh and as well Jaisalmer in Rajasthan. The shoot was completed this January.
Bhoot Police is being produced by Ramesh Taurani and Akshai Puri.
