The actor shared a video of himself working out on Instagram, with the music of Tiger Zinda Hai (2017) playing in the background.

Actor Salman Khan has stepped up preparations for the third film in the Tiger franchise. The action film, which has been delayed by the COVID-19 pandemic, is expected to go on the floors soon.

Khan shared a video of himself working out on Instagram, with the music of Tiger Zinda Hai (2017) playing in the background.

In the caption, the actor wrote, "I think this guy is training for Tiger 3."

A while ago, his co-star Emraan Hashmi shared a similar picture. The actor is expected to play the antagonist in the film.

Filming for the project, which features Katrina Kaif, was expected to begin in March. Amid delays caused by the pandemic, Cyclone Tauktae seriously damaged the sets of the film in May. Later on, Katrina Kaif contracted COVID-19 leading to further delays in the shooting schedule.

The project is the third instalment of the franchise, the first film of which is Ek Tha Tiger (2012).

Khan was previously seen in Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai (2021) which was released on Zee5. The actor also has the films Kick 2 and Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali in the pipeline.
