Ankahi Ansuni trailer: A brash cop gets entangled in paranormal activities

Ankahi Ansuni is Disney+ Hotstar's latest offering in the paranormal thriller genre. The trailer begins with the typical introduction of the series' lead, sub-inspector Umesh (Paresh Pahuja). Umesh is a brash cop infamous for not following the rules and hence has been transferred to a sleepy town in the middle of nowhere.

As soon as he joins duty, some girls go missing and he has three days to find them. In the course of the investigation, Umesh, who is accompanied by a constable (Veebha Anand), comes to learn of mysterious cults, age-old myths, secret rituals and unsolved murder cases. The townsfolk believe in the paranormal and are afraid of venturing out of their homes after dark. The trailer hints that a cult might be behind everything.

The trailer promises a nail-bitingly spooky whodunnit with a social message. The series features Swati Rajput, Vibhuti Upadhyay and Avtar Vaishnavi.

 Ankahi Ansuni has been written by Aditya Bharadwaj and directed by Gautam Parvi.
