The platform OHO Gujarati has been putting out series aimed at different sections of the audience. Its latest show, OK Boss, which premiered on 10 July, targets the office-going youth of today.
Directed by Kewal Mistry and written by Abhinav Vaidya, the show is about two friends, Dhaval (Aarjav Trivedi) and Mayank (Devarshi Shah), who work in the same office. Their relationship undergoes a transformation when Megha (Aarohi Patel) joins the office as an intern.

A statement from the makers read, “Dhaval hails from Junagadh and is the epitome of a true mama’s boy; hardworking, sincere and earnest, who wishes to make it big in his career, so he may not have to return to his native place. On the other hand, Mayank is a smooth talker, a charismatic, easy-going charmer. His goal in life is to grab the first opportunity to move to the US, where most of his family resides (sic).”
Talking about the relevance of the show, OHO co-founder Abhishek Jain said, “OK Boss is a series that will strike a chord with all our audiences. We all have gone through experiences related to friendship, love, office politics, conflicts and much more at some point in our lives. And for the same reason, this series will take you on a joyride, enabling the viewers to reminiscence their share for bittersweet memories related to these aspects of life.”
