Actor Akshay Kumar shared a video announcing the launch of his multi-player game Fearless And United Guards or FAU-G. The clip showcased part of the gameplay, with the uber-patriotic FAU-G anthem playing in the background. The app will be launched on 26 January.
The trailer seems to depict the combat style of the Indian armed forces stationed in Ladakh.
The game was announced as a replacement for the popular PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds (PUBG) app, which was banned by the government of India. The new app has been created by Indian mobile game creator, nCore Games, and was earlier scheduled to be launched in November 2020.
The actor had previously launched a teaser back in October 2020, which featured similar characters. The gaming app is already open for pre-registration.
