Jamun trailer: A father's struggle to find a groom for his cross-eyed daughter

The trailer of the Eros Now original film Jamun sees Raghubir Yadav play a man who is ready to put everything on the line to find a potential partner for his beloved daughter (Shweta Basu Prasad), who happens to be cross-eyed.

Prasad looks absolutely convincing in the almost-three-minute-long trailer.

The trailer also depicts the harrowing ordeal of Yadav's character whose genuine efforts always fall short. After suffering from a stroke, the senior citizen's speaking ability is affected, and this leads to a possible romantic angle between his daughter and Saurabh Goyal's character.

Jamun marks the feature film debut of Gaurav Mehra, who directed a segment titled Guddu in the anthology Shuruaat Ka Twist (2019). Jamun has been produced by Vineet Rane, Ali Unwala and Kshitij Ravi Prasad.

Jamun will be streamed on Eros Now from 21 January 2021.
