Shooting has begun for popular music composer Mannan Shaah's maiden production venture, Roop Nagar Ke Cheetey, in Pune.
The film tells the tale of two childhood friends, who grow apart due to their circumstances and lead contrasting lives in different cities. However, an incident changes their lives forever.
The film was announced last month via a motion poster that depicts the silhouettes of two men on opposite cliffs.
The makers have not yet revealed the name of the actors who will play the lead roles.
Roop Nagar Ke Cheetey is being helmed by Vihaan Suryavanshi. He has also directed Rohit Shetty's maiden Marathi production venture School College Aani Life (2021).
The film is being produced under Shaah's new banner, Ace Entertainment.
