The makers of Sanjay Gupta’s Mumbai Saga have revealed, via a poster, that the film will be released in theatres on 19 March. The poster depicts the leading man, John Abraham, toting two machine guns.
The tagline of the underworld saga reads – The shocking true story behind Bombay becoming Mumbai.
Although John’s face isn’t visible in the poster, his black attire and the firearms bring to mind the gangster Manya Surve whom he portrayed in Gupta’s Shootout At Wadala (2013). The film was a follow-up to Shootout at Lokhandwala (2007).
