A massive fire broke out on the sets of Om Raut’s Adipurush on Tuesday afternoon at Mumbai’s Film City studios. The film, which stars Prabhas and Saif Ali Khan, went on the floors today.
An official from the Dindoshi Fire Station in Goregaon East told Cinestaan that the fire was under control and nobody from the unit was injured.
Videos from the fire have started circulating on social media. One can see flames rising from inside a huge tent in one of the clips that were shared online.

Raut’s last Hindi film was the successful spectacle Tanhaji: The Unsung Hero (2020), which starred Ajay Devgn.
Adipurush is based on the mythological epic the Ramayana. The film will see Prabhas essay the role of Lord Ram while Khan will be playing Ravana.
The film is scheduled to be released on 11 August 2022.
