Mayur Lad to star opposite Monalisa Bagal in Ka Ra Deva

The makers of the upcoming Marathi movie Ka Ra Deva had announced last month that Monalisa Bagal would be playing the film's female lead. They have now revealed that actor Mayur Lad will be starring opposite her. 

The announcement was made at the film’s recent poster-cum-music launch in Mumbai. Renowned singer Anand Shinde was present at the event. The film's songs, which have been composed by Sandeep Bhure, features vocals by the singer as well as Madhur Shinde, Neha Rajpal and Supriya Sorate.

The poster shows a lovestruck Lad lifting Bagal who is looking at him affectionately. Bagal will also be seen in the upcoming films Karant and Ravrambha. She was last seen earlier this year in the movie Gast. Lad, who worked in TV shows, has signed up for a few upcoming movies. 

Directed by Ranjit Jadhav, Ka Ra Deva has been produced by Prashant Shingate under the Sahyadri Film Productions banner. The film will be released in theatres on 11 February 2021.
