Gora trailer: The seemingly forgetful 'serial-killer specialist' notices more than he lets on

The poster and teaser for the upcoming Hoichoi web-series Gora introduced Ritwick Chakraborty as the eccentric titular detective who claims to be a specialist on serial killers. The trailer reveals more about the plot with the character played by Ishaa Saha believing she is in some way culpable.

A series of murders of writers takes place in which the killer cruelly ends his victims' lives using a pen as his weapon. While police officers find themselves at their wit’s end, Gora, who often makes people doubt his ability with his forgetfulness, advises the investigators to focus on the motive for the murders.

Meanwhile, Saha's character comes to meet Gora and informs him that she has started sleepwalking since moving to her in-laws' house after marriage. Vulnerable, sensing a criminal bent within herself, she also asks Gora to stop the murders she thinks she is about to commit.

However, the instinctive 'serial-killer specialist' not only startles the police by predicting the next murder, but also eases the doubts Saha has about her own actions, promising that he will look into her sleepwalking trouble after he has nailed the killer.

The trailer suggests that unlike many other detective thrillers, Gora will offer ample moments of humour and entertainment, thanks to Ritwick Chakraborty's character arc.
