Rakul Preet Singh wraps up shooting for her first 'title role film' Chhatriwali


 The actress will be seen playing the role of a condom tester in the film helmed by Tejas Deoskar.

Rakul Preet Singh has finished shooting for her first 'title role film' Chhatriwali. 

The actress took to Instagram on Tuesday morning to share the news with her fans. Sharing the pictures from the wrap party, Rakul wrote, "Anddddd last night was a bag of mixed emotions. Happppy and content for creating something I enjoyed and believed in. what a smooth journey chhatriwali has been. The actress also thanked the team including her co-stars, producers and director for their constant support. "Couldn't have asked for a better team for my first title role film," she wrote.

Directed by Tejas Deoskar who had helmed the Marathi films Ajinkya (2013) and Bucket List (2018), the film is backed by producer Ronnie Screwvala under his banner RSVP.

Apart from Chhatriwali, Rakul Preet will be next seen in the John Abraham sci-fi action drama Attack (2022), Ajay Devgn's directorial Runaway 34 (2022) and Doctor G (2022) with Ayushmann Khurrana.
