Nithiin, Tamannaah Bhatia's Maestro to be released on 17 September on Disney+ Hotstar

Maestro, starring Nithiin and Tamannaah Bhatia, will be released on 17 September on Disney+ Hotstar.

The film is the official Telugu remake of Sriram Raghavan's black comedy thriller Andhadhun (2018).

Nithiin has shared a new poster announcing the release date on Instagram. "It’s a thriller for your eyes. Catch all the action from 17th September in DisneyPlusHotstarMultiplex (sic)," he posted. 

Unlike the previous posters which only featured the three main characters, the new one also includes all the supporting characters. A major portion of the film was shot last year.

In Maestro, Nithiin and Nabha Natesh play the characters originally played by Ayushmann Khurrana and Radhika Apte respectively while Tamannaah Bhatia steps into Tabu's shoes.

The film features Jishu Sengupta, Sreemukhi, Ananya, Harshavardhan, Racha Ravi, Mangli and Srinivas Reddy.

Maestro has been directed by Merlapaka Gandhi, who has previously directed films like Express Raja (2016) and Krishnarjuna Yudham (2018).

The film has been produced by N Sudhakar Reddy, N Nikita Reddy and Rajkumar Akella under the banner of Shreshth Movies. Maestro has been scored by Mahati Swara Sagar.
