Fighter, starring Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone, to be released on Republic Day 2023

The makers of Siddharth Anand’s Fighter have decided to release their film on Republic Day 2023. Veteran trade analyst Taran Adarsh revealed the news on Twitter on Friday.

The film stars Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone.

Fighter will be Siddharth’s third film with Hrithik, the previous two being Bang Bang! (2014) and War (2019). Both films were contemporary action thrillers with lots of stunts. Going by the title of their upcoming film, one can expect more of the same. 

Hrithik had two releases in 2019, Super 30 and War, and both films did well at the box office. The actor has the sci-fi superhero film Krrish 4 in the pipeline. 

Fighter is being produced by Ajit Andhare of Viacom18 Studios, Mamta Anand, Ramon Chibb and Anku Pande.
