The Arunachal Pradesh schedule of Amar Kaushik's upcoming film Bhediya, which stars Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon, has concluded. The team shot the project in the town of Ziro for more than a month.
Sanon shared the news on Instagram, writing, “And it’s a schedule wrap for me in Ziro for Bhediya! From Dilwale (2015) to Bhediya and all the years of friendship in between, we’ve come a long way Varun Dhawan. Gonna miss you, the captain of our pack Amar Kaushik and the entire Wolfpack. See you guys soon!! And bye bye Ziro (sic)”
Kaushik is glad that he and his team were able to shoot in a new territory. “It’s a wrap for Bhediya in Arunachal Pradesh. We were nervous and tensed about shooting in a new terrain but I am so relieved and happy that we did a fantastic job,” he said in a tweet.

The director expressed gratitude towards the people of Ziro. “A special shout-out to the amazing and lovely people of Ziro, who helped us at every step and hosted the Bhediya team with all love. Thank you Arunachal Pradesh. Thank you Ziro. See you soon,” he added.
He also thanked the chief minister of Arunachal Pradesh, Pema Khandu, for his support.

Bhediya sees Dhawan’s character turn into a werewolf. It’s a part of the Maddock Film’s horror-comedy universe, which comprises Stree (2018) and Roohi (2021).
