The series imagines a world where robots are commonplace and an android becomes a murderer. Although the film stays is in the realm of comedy, it raises questions about the use of artificial intelligence.
The film has received mixed reviews, with Cinestaan.com critic Sonal Pandya writing, “The science-fiction comedy, created by Pooja Shetty and Neil Pagedar, has an intriguing concept but is weakened by its central mystery.”
The organizers of IFFR had earlier announced that they would be celebrating the close of its 50th edition with a line-up of programmes from 2 to 6 June, extending on demand until 9 June. With an on-ground and online presence, the festival is being organized in a hybrid format.
