SVF Entertainment has announced the theatrical release of its upcoming films Golondaaj, Prem Tame, Dracula Sir and Kakababur Protyaborton with a promotional video.

Theatres are cinema's lifeline, says Srijit Mukherji; won't worsen virus threat, says Soukarya Ghosal

Last week, Mahendra Soni, co-founder of SVF, urged all film artistes and cinema lovers to support the Save Cinema, Support Movie Theatres movement on social media and strengthen its appeal for government permission to reopen theatres.

With a promotional video backed by Anirban Bhattacharya’s well-articulated voice-over, SVF conveyed the message that cinema should be watched on the big screen. 'As cinema reflects our life on the big screen, the audience should be holding their heads high and watching films in the theatre, amidst emotional outbursts, laughter and cheer,' he said. The video is filled with memorable moments from some of the successful films presented by SVF.

The video also encourages the indomitable spirit of human beings to stand up to the pandemic and the lockdown. It reinforces the motivation to live and not give up hope in the darkest times.

The release dates for the banner's upcoming films will be announced soon.
