Akshay Kumar, Bell Bottom team wrap up Glasgow shoot

Akshay Kumar and the rest of the cast and crew of Bell Bottom recently wrapped up the Glasgow schedule of the film. The team will now head to London in order to abide by the production's second schedule.

On Tuesday, the actor posted a picture of himself and the rest of the film's team on Instagram, which he captioned, "So many happy faces in one frame...That's the result of a good schedule. Goodbye Glasgow, hello London [sic]." 

The film's director Ranjit M Tewari, actress Vaani Kapoor and producer Jackky Bhagnani are seen in the picture. Along with the cast and crew, Akshay's wife and author Twinkle Khanna as well as their children, Aarav and Nitara, who left for the UK in August, are also in the picture.

Bell Bottom was the first major Hindi film to commence shooting after the months-long lockdown.

The cast and crew flew over to the United Kingdom in August to film the espionage thriller. Apart from Akshay and Kapoor, Huma Qureshi and Lara Dutta also star in the film, which is slated to release on 2 April 2021.
