Annup Sonii, Paoli Dam star in Zee5’s suspense thriller Raat Baaki Hai

Zee5’s newest digital venture is a suspense thriller titled Raat Baaki Hai starring Paoli Dam, Annup Sonii and Rahul Dev.

Directed by Avinash Das and produced by Samar Khan’s Juggernaut Productions, the feature has been adapted from Atul Satya Koushik’s play Ballygunje-1990.

Raat Baaki Hai is set in Rajasthan, where the cast and crew are currently filming at a palace in Ranthambore.

The story takes place one night when two estranged lovers reunite after 12 years in peculiar circumstances. One of them is a murder suspect on the lam, and as the story moves forward, “the unexpected twists and turns will stun the audience”, promised a press release.

“I have had a great association with the Zee5 family, made my digital debut with the hugely popular Kaali franchise and now I am back with Raat Baaki Hai,” Dam said in a statement. “We have been shooting in a palace in Rajasthan, the film has a regal dark vibe to it. The story revolves around one golden night that [results] in an unexpected turn of events and twists."

Raat Baaki Hai also features Dipannita Sharma and Akash Dahiya. The digital film’s release date is yet to be announced.
