Fire breaks out in Mumbai building where NCB office is located

A fire broke out on the second floor of the Exchange Building at Ballard Estate in Mumbai on Monday afternoon. The offices of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), which is currently investigating the alleged involvement of actress Rhea Chakraborty in a drug case, are situated on the building's third floor.
Reports suggest that SIT (Special Investigating Team) officers were present in the building when the fire broke out.

Two fire tenders were rushed to the spot to put out the blaze. Reports suggest that it was a minor incident, which was immediately dealt with. Sakaltimes.com reported that several important files were moved from the location to avoid being damaged. No injuries or loss of life have been reported so far.
