Atkan Chatkan trailer: Inspirational tale about a boy achieving his dream against all odds

Atkan Chatkan is an inspirational tale about an underdog achieving his dream against all odds. The latest trailer for the film shows Lydian Nadhaswaram playing child labourer Guddu. He lives in a slum with his abusive father and harbours a dream of getting into a prestigious 'Tansen music school'.

When an opportunity presents itself in the form of a music competition, Guddu forms his own percussion band with his friends to participate. Winning the competition can open the door of the Tansen music school for him, but he has to face many hurdles, including his abusive father who is vehemently against him learning music.

Atkan Chatkan is a musical directed by Shiv Hare and presented by legendary music composer AR Rahman. The film's music has been composed by Rahman's frequent collaborator and award-winning percussionist Sivamani.
