Amar Upadhyay to join the cast of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2

Actor Amar Upadhyay is the latest to join the cast of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. The film, directed by Anees Bazmee, will feature Kartik Aaryan in the lead. Upadhyay reportedly plays a character role opposite Tabu in the film. 

In an interview with the Mumbai Mirror newspaper, the actor said, "I play Kunwarsa, the king's son who is married to Tabu." The film will see Kiara Advani as the leading lady opposite Aryan, while Tabu will take on a supporting role.

The second schedule of the film was initially set to go on the floor by September but will now only begin in December. Upadhyay said, "We plan to resume shooting by the last week of December or the beginning of January. Taking the whole crew to Lucknow isn't easy during this time. There are about 25 days of work left and if things go well we will follow the schedule, otherwise we will push it by a month."

The film is a sequel to the 2007 hit, Bhool Bhulaiyaa, directed by Priyadarshan and starring Akshay Kumar, Vidya Balan and Shiney Ahuja.
