Presented by actor Riteish Deshmukh's production house Mumbai Film Company, the short film features Pooja Dolas, Jyoti Joshi, Ramchandra Dhumal and Bhushan Manjule.

Interestingly, Manjule and Deshmukh are also collaborating on a trilogy on Maratha emperor Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. The announcement was made earlier this year.

Meanwhile, Manjule's next film Jhund, starring Amitabh Bachchan, has run into legal hurdles over alleged copyright infringement. The matter is sub judice. The film was scheduled to be released in May but was later postponed due to the lockdown.
