Rajeev Khandelwal's upcoming web-series Naxalbari has finally got a release date. Based on the lives of Maoists and the inhabitants of Naxal-affected areas, the eight-part series is set to be streamed on Zee5 from 28 November.
Directed by Partho Mitra, the series will see Khandelwal play the role of a special task force (STF) officer, Raghav.
The Naxalbari team recently completed the remaining shoot in challenging and hostile environments such as big jungles in Goa during monsoon.
A poster has been released along with the release date of the web series. Rajiv Khandelwal is looking rough and tough rushing with a gun in hand.

Naxalbari is the West Bengal village which gave birth to the Maoist movement, which was initiated by Marxist-Leninist leaders Charu Majumdar and Kanu Sanyal in 1967.
The show also stars Tinaa Dattaa, Sreejita De, Satyadeep Mishra, Shakti Anand and Aamir Ali.
