Veteran singer Kumar Sanu has tested positive for COVID-19. His team announced the news on the singer's official Facebook handle on Friday.
The post on his page read, "Unfortunately, Sanu da has tested Corona positive, please pray for his good health. Thank you."

As per a report in the Times of India newspaper, sources have revealed that the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has sealed the floor he stays on as a mandatory precautionary measure.
The singer was to fly off to Los Angeles on 14 October to be with wife Saloni and daughters, Shannon and Annabel, to celebrate his 63 birthday on 20 October, but now his plans have now been put on hold.
Kumar Sanu’s son Jaan Kumar Sanu is currently seen on Bigg Boss 14. Before his son entered the reality show, the veteran singer shared a video on Instagram urging his fans to support his son.
