Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari set to be released on 13 November

Abhishek Sharma's family film Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari is set to be released on 13 November during the Diwali season. The film, featuring Diljit Dosanjh, Fatima Sana Shaikh and Manoj Bajpayee, will be produced by Zee Studios.

The makers announced the film's release date with a poster designed to resemble a kundali (astrological chart), encapsulating the film's theme. 

The film's cast also includes Annu Kapoor, Manoj Pahwa, Seema Pahwa, Supriya Pilgaonkar, Neha Pendse, Manuj Sharma, Neeraj Sood, Abhishek Banerjee, Vijay Raaz, Karishma Tanna and Vanshika Sharma. 

Centred on a 'wedding detective', the film is reportedly a love story set in the 1990s. 

The film went on floors back in 2019 and was scheduled to be released in April this year. However, with the arrival of the pandemic, the date was postponed.
