Nikhil Chavan to appear in Darling alongside Prathamesh Parab, Ritika Shrotri

Nikhil Chavan has joined Prathamesh Parab and Ritika Shrotri in the Marathi movie Darling.

The makers have stated that his character is in love with Shrotri’s in an official statement. However. it has not been revealed whether or not the woman returns his feelings.

“In the film Darling, Ritika Shrotri is the darling of Nikhil. At least that is what the prevalent notion is, at least till the film is released, in the minds of the spectators. Besides, the unbridled enthusiasm of all the fans is increasing since Prathamesh Parab is also acting in a pivotal lead role in the film [sic],” said an official statement by the makers. 

Chavan has starred in projects such as Atrocity (2018), Girlz (2019) and Veergati (2019). The actor also has another film in the making titled Dhondi Champya, which stars Bharat Jadhav. 

Directed by Sameer Asha Patil and produced by Amit Dhupe, Ajay Thakur, VJ Shalakha and Nikhil Khajindar, Darling is scheduled to be released on 7 January 2021.
