Pratik Gandhi is currently riding high on the success of his Hindi web-series Scam 1992 (2020). His act as the late stockbroker Harshad Mehta has brought him accolades aplenty. The actor has now begun shooting for his next project, the Gujarati movie Vaahlam Jaao Ne.
The film went on the floor on Saturday 21 November and sees Gandhi cast opposite actress Deeksha Joshi. Vaahlam Jaao Ne also features a long list of artistes like Ojas Rawal, Tiku Talsania, Sanjay Goradia, Pratap Sachdeo, Jayesh More, Kavin Dave, Kinjal Pandya and Binda Rawal.
News of the film going on the floor was shared by Ojas Rawal on Facebook. He also shared a number of pictures from the sets and wrote, “New film Vaahlam Jaao Ne begins. Super excited for this one!”

Presented by Jayantilal Gada of PEN Studios and produced by Hardik Gajjar Films and Backbencher Pictures, Vaahlam Jaao Ne is slated to be released in March 2021.
Gandhi has also completed a Hindi film with Hardik Gajjar called Ravan Leela, earlier titled Bhavai. It features Aindrita Ray opposite him. The film is about questioning religious beliefs.
Not surprisingly, Gandhi has a few other offers following the success of Scam 1992. In an exclusive conversation with Cinestaan.com after the release of the web-series, he had said, “I received a few good offers [after Scam 1992]. Right now I am listening to various scripts.”
