Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari song ‘Ladki Dramebaaz Hai’: Diljit Dosanjh, Fatima Sana Shaikh let loose in the club

In the latest song from Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari (2020), Diljit Dosanjh is smitten by Fatima Sana Shaikh as she shows off yet another side of herself. The two meet up in the disco for ‘Ladki Dramebaaz Hai’.

Composed by Javed-Mohsin, ‘Ladki Dramebaaz Hai’ features lyrics by Danish Sabri that is mouthed as flirty banter by the two leads. While Dosanjh fits right in with the smooth dance moves choreographed by Vijay Ganguly, Shaikh appears stiff and awkward while attempting to unveil an avatar very different from her girl-next-door image in the Abhishek Sharma film.

Co-composer Mohsin Shaikh accompanies singers Jyotica Tangri and Aishwarya Bhandari on vocals, while Mellow D has a short rap section. The party song is pleasant enough but isn’t particularly memorable. The track hits all the notes needed for a distraction within the film.
