Social media platform Facebook and GiveIndia have partnered to host an online concert, 'I For India' tomorrow. The concert will see big names from the field of cinema, music and cricket perform for viewers across the world.
Some of the celebrities who will be performing at the concert include, Aamir Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay Kumar, Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, Hrithik Roshan, Ayushmann Khurrana, Will Smith, Rani Mukerji, Karan Johar, Tiger Shroff, Vidya Balan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Madhuri Dixit, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Abhishek Bachchan, Anushka Sharma, Diljit Dosanjh, Saif Ali Khan, Bhumi Pednekar, Katrina Kaif, Dulquer Salmaan, Farhan Akhtar, Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Sania Mirza, AR Rahman and Ustad Zakir Hussain among many others.
It is a fund-raiser concert, whose earnings will be go to India Covid Response Fund managed by GiveIndia, for on-ground relief work. Aside from offline donations, people in many countries will also have the option of donating using the Facebook Fundraiser's tool. The four-hour concert will be streamed globally from 7:30 pm Indian time.

Our efforts so far have been focused on providing access to accurate health information and supporting communities around the country. We recently launched Facebook Fundraisers, that allow people to leverage the full scale and power of the platform, and their passion, to direct resources to initiatives that can protect and save lives.”
