Filmmaker Ram Madhvani has launched his new production house, Ram Madhvani Films, ahead of his upcoming project, the Disney Plus Hotstar web-series Aarya. Starring Sushmita Sen, the web-series will be streaming on the platform from 19 June.
Madhvani shared the logo of his banner earlier today. The post-production for Aarya was completed during the lockdown.

In a statement, Madhvani discussed his vision for the company. He said, “Ram Madhvani Films has been established with the need of telling various stories through feature films, web shows, and short films. We are looking forward to collaborate with versatile writers, showrunners, directors and producers, especially in the long format area. We intend to bring the best work forward and entertain the audience.”
Madhvani, who began his career in advertising, is known for his commercials for the brands Airtel and Happydent. He won the Silver Lion at the Cannes Festival in 2006 for the latter. He made his feature film debut with the English-language Let’s Talk (2002), starring Boman Irani, that premiered at the Locarno Film Festival.
His Hindi debut, the National award-winning Neerja (2016), featuring Sonam Kapoor as the late slain stewardess Neerja Bhanot, won him critical acclaim.
