After receiving permission from the state government, the shooting of films and serials has resumed in Maharashtra. Popular Marathi actress Sai Tamhankar today reached the set of her reality show, Maharashtrachi Hasya Jatra to resume shooting after three months. The actress is a celebrity judge on the show.

Talking about finally getting back on the sets, the actress said, "It's a mixed feeling. On one hand, I'm scared and skeptical of this whole situation, while on the other hand, I'm super excited to be back on the shooting set. There are doctors and ambulances on the sets. Checking the temperature and washing hands regularly with sanitizers, we are taking all the precautions," she said. Before the lockdown, Tamhankar had shot for the same TV show with a fractured leg.

Tamhankar was last seen in the Marathi film Ashleel Udyog Mitra Mandal (2020). The actress is awaiting the release of her next multi- starrer, Medium Spicy (2020). Directed by Mohit Takalkar, the film was scheduled to release on 5 June, but has now been postponed indefinitely.
