Actress Samantha Akkineni recently revealed that she has started to enjoy her yoga workouts in the lockdown because she gets to do it together with her husband, Naga Chaitanya. In her latest Instagram post, she has opened up about her love for yoga.
“Apart from gardening, something I’ve been really enjoying is Yoga especially because Chay Akkineni and I do it together. Also we have the super best trainer, who’s just insane (sic),” Samantha wrote. She further added that she's working on taking a picture with Chaitanya. "Chay isn’t in this picture but I am working on it (sic)," she posted.
The actress had recently revealed her love for terrace gardening. She has even set up her own garden where she’s growing vegetables and greens. She has called it her new hobby.
Last seen in the Telugu film Jaanu (2020), the remake of the Tamil movie, 96 (2018), Samantha has two projects currently in hand. Having recently completed shooting for the second season of The Family Man, she recently signed a Tamil horror flick with Ashwin Saravanan and the upcoming Tamil romantic comedy, Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kadhal, which also stars Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara.
Samantha is very thrilled about working with director Saravanan. Acknowledging the project, she recently tweeted: “It’s going to be much more than just a horror film.”

To be produced Sony Entertainment, the film will mark the maiden collaboration of Saravanan, best known for helming Maya (2015) and Game Over (2019), and Samantha. It will also star Prasanna and Prashanth in crucial roles. The project is expected to go on the floors soon.
Recently, reports emerged that the actress has turned down an offer to star in the Hindi remake of her own film U-Turn (2018), which had released in Tamil and Telugu last year.
