AR Rahman has stepped in as composer and co-producer for Mostafa Sarwar Farooqui's No Land's Man. The film, a US-India-Bangladesh collaboration, will stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Megan Mitchell, and Bangladeshi musician-actress Tahsan Rahman Khan.
The news was confirmed by Siddiqui on Twitter. The actor wrote, 'It's a pleasure to have the maestro of music AR Rahman co-producing and doing the music of my film No Land's Man directed by Mostafa Sarwar Farooki." Siddiqui is also a co-producer on the project.

Variety.com reported that the story reportedly revolves around the journey of a South Asian man which goes through several complications when he meets an Australian woman in the US.
The website quoted Rahman saying, "Time always gives birth to new worlds, new ideals. The newborn world has new challenges and new stories to tell. This is one such story."
Shot in the US, Australia, and India, the film will mark the debut of actress Megan Mitchell. Farooki won the Motion Picture Association and Asia Pacific Screen Awards' Script Development fund in 2014 for the story. The film was also chosen as the best project at India's Film Bazaar in the same year.
Farooki last worked with the late Irrfan Khan in No Bed of Roses/Doob (2017). The film was Bangladesh's entry for Best Foreign Language category at the Academy awards that year.
