According to the Indo-Asian News Service agency, the film is described as the 'story of the sacrifice of 20 Indian army men who fought the Chinese army'.
It is not clear if Devgn himself will feature in the film. The actor has previously played a soldier in films like Zameen (2003) and LOC: Kargil (2004).
Devgn has another production in the pipeline in the form of The Big Bull, starring Abhishek Bachchan, which will be released on the Disney+ Hotstar platform some time this year.
