Voot Select's Asur, The Raikar Case and Illegal will now be available in Kannada 

Voot Select is set to increase its subscriber base in Karnataka by making available its premium Hindi content in Kannada. Voot will soon release its Hindi Originals Asur: Welcome To Your Dark Side (2020), The Raikar Case (2020), Illegal (2020) and Marzi (2020) in the state. Apart from getting to watch Hindi shows in their own language, subscribers will also get exclusive access to popular Kannada movies like  Ayogya (2019) and Kirrak Party (2018) on Voot Select.

The OTT platform is also planning to launch its premium Hindi content in other regional languages like Tamil, Bengali, Marathi and Telugu.

Talking about this new offering, Voot Select head, Ferzad Palia said, "When we launched Voot Select, the idea was to share compelling stories with the audience all over the country. The appetite for regional content consumption is huge and by making Voot Originals available in Kannada, we are not only expanding our reach but also adding to the content experience of our audiences in Karnataka."

Actor Neil Bhooplam, who played the lead in the investigation thriller, The Raikar Case, said he was very happy about the move. "The Raikar Case has been appreciated by audiences all over India, and I'm so happy that now viewers down south will also get to enjoy the show and appreciate my performance in it."
